I qualified in 2006 from the UK College of Nutrition and Health with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy. After graduation I spent six years working for the college as a programme leader and tutor.
I am an experienced nutritional therapist who believes in a holistic approach to health to target the root cause of a range of symptoms and health conditions such as; digestive health, weight loss, stress, fatigue, thyroid conditions, hormonal imbalances, women’s health, PCOS, infertility, men’s health, cardiovascular disease, skin conditions, stress, immune support and mental health.
Expertise and specialism
I specialise in optimising fertility and supporting healthy pregnancy. I work to address any underlying health conditions that may be affecting your fertility. After just one consultation you’ll have a clear picture of what you can do to enhance your fertility or improve your pregnancy.
Research shows that what you eat (and what you don’t eat) during pregnancy can have a profound effect on your health during pregnancy, as well as the health and development of your baby. Your baby depends on you for all the nutrients required for healthy growth and development, so it is important to eat as many of the foods that are best for your baby at each essential stage and to avoid the ones that are not.
