Sometimes you may be looking for something different, such as group workshops for events such as; team building days; health awareness days; health and well being promotions; or just to add something different to your conferences or annual meetings.

A workshop means that the whole group can be involved thus building a team spirit but also creating and bringing laughter and fun into the workplace which is good for staff morale which can lead to a greater levels of staff efficiency when they work. All work and no play….

A combination of workshops can be organised within one day or over a few days, just mix and match to meet the specific needs of your organisation and it’s people and then book us in for the date and time and leave the rest up to us. We have workshop facilitators who are trained and qualified in their profession, who have the appropriate insurance and/or are DBS checked as necessary. Workshops can be tailored for young or old, able bodied or special needs thus suitable for many.

Types of Workshops / Classes

30mins – 1 hour or more taster or full blown workshop which can be 1/2 a day (Booking £rate is one hour minimum for classes / 2 hours minimum for workshops and subject to type of company; location; hours etc)
