FIVE WAYS TO WELLBEING with Lisa – Sun 7th July

Slight change to the usual Reiki Sunday workshop – this month’s session (Sunday 7th July) shall be led by Lisa French who will be running a workshop based on the FIVE WAYS TO WELLBEING  

It will take place at 11.15am and finish at 1pm..  You can drop in to this workshop but to get the most out of the session we advise you to arrive at the start.  There is a suggested donation of £5 and the workshop will finish at 1pm.
The Five ways to wellbeing is a set of evidence-based actions to improve personal wellbeing. This system has been developed by the New Economics Foundation (they aim to build a new economy where people really matter).

Five ways to wellbeing:
During the workshop we will look at and discuss each of the five ways to wellbeing.  You will have the opportunity to join in the group discussions and to consider any changes that you might like to make in your own life.
You will then be able to take away your own five way action plan. Small lifestyle changes can help make us feel and function better.
