October – Autumn feel

Time for all the autumn feels and cosiness this season brings.  As well as being one of the more spectacular of the changing seasons, autumn also brings a cosy hug with it…..nights in, creature comforts, nutritious soulful food.   We also want to wish all our clients doing the London Marathon the very best of luck for this Sunday! If a cold has already got hold of you try Breathe Deep or Throat Comfort. Back in stock is an old favourite – Bedtime tea with fennel, chamomile and valerian root.   Magnetic BraceletsWe now have a range of magnetic bracelets and anklets from dainty filigree styles to sports bands. Magnetic therapy can be helpful for many pain related conditions, specifically arthritis, fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Express facials from 30 mins up to a deluxe 75 min facial.   Alternatively, you may wish to try our dermabrasion facials. These are deeper penetrating and use fine crystals and a vacuum to remove dead skin cells. It can be used on the face, neck and chest. It helps to reduce fine lines, minor scars, wrinkles and age spots, and makes the skin smoother and younger looking. You may need more than 1 treatment.

THREADING Book in with Habiba – one of our new therapists who has many years of threading experience .  Threading is an alternative to waxing for those who are sensitive to wax or products, it’s fast and precise.
