This Online ZOOM group workshop will enable you to be fully guided and supported throughout a full conscious connected breath session allowing you to drop back into that place of personal peace and freedom. We will breathe to reset the nervous system, shut down the mental chatter and fold ourselves softly into that space of calm.
Transformational Breath is a simple yet profound self-healing modality available to everyone. This simple technique helps people to open the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being.
It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.

The session will last 1 hour in total.
Susie will take you through how to connect to your breath at a deeper level (and how the circular connected breath works for those new to the modality) then we will go into a 35/40 minute fully guided diaphragmatic conscious breath session, with music. The session will then close with a 10-minute mediation allowing you the space to integrate any of the energies and sensations you may experience.
Sometimes we just need the right guidance and support to enable us to unlock a door within; to access fully and deeply the tools required to return us back to centre, resetting the nervous system and calming the mind.
You will be best in a laying down position for this session, with a pillow to support your head and a blanket handy for the meditation.
