Stepping into Summer – June
We understand that we are living in uncertain times, which is raising the levels of anxiety and fear. At MindBody Therapy, we are dedicated to helping you to get through it with 1-to-1 telephone or online consultations with Devon/Karen.
Devon can talk and guide you through your anxiety and troubles and teach you methods to help you cope by yourself. He can also offer tailored body techniques such as stretches and exercises if you are experiencing physical aches and pains.
Karen will be offering mentoring or life coaching to help get your life back on track. The thought of returning to the workplace and getting motivated after all these months of lock down can appear daunting. It might be that these past few months have forced or helped you decide to change your career path. Karen can help you with a personalised plan and goal setting session.
