You’re warmly invited to join our Men’s Group session, an in-person gathering where men come together in a supportive space to reflect, reconnect, and move forward, supported by George who will lead the session. 

Within the session there will be guided meditation and opportunities to share.

In a world that moves fast, creating space to pause, reconnect and simply be is more important than ever.

This relaxed group session brings people together to connect, reflect, and explore how energy influences our everyday wellbeing.

Guided by Devon, the space combines gentle group healing with open spiritual discussion — creating an environment where people can feel grounded, present, and more aligned.

This isn’t about experience or belief — just an openness to connect.

Now the days are getting brighter, we are trialling an 8am start on Fridays in May, so

those who are keen to start the day with a massage or

sauna then we are here for you.

You can book in online to arrange the massage but please call the centre 02034176108 to arrange any sauna bookings.

We’re looking for passionate, qualified Massage and/or Beauty Therapists (Level 3 or above), and Reflexology Therapists to join our friendly and professional team. 

We also need people who have done chair massage for our away work.

What we offer:

• All equipment, towels and oils supplied
• Additional outside centre work available (if qualified in chair massage)

Availability required:

Thursday to Sunday shifts available, but can look at other possibilities within the week.

• Deliver excellent client care and treatments
• Are reliable, friendly, and professional
• Have a genuine passion for wellbeing and holistic health
