Where And How Is It Done?

Sessions can be held face-to-face at the MindBody Therapy Centre in Forest Hill, SE23, or virtually over the phone or other tool, allowing you to engage from the comfort of your own surroundings at a time that suits you.

Each session typically lasts around one hour. Most clients find that participating in at least four to six sessions is beneficial, though some may choose to have fewer or more based on their individual needs. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Please note that all sessions should be paid in advance.

Coaching Families / Mentoring Teens

Family coaching sessions are designed to maintain rational discussions and reduce emotional escalations during conflicts. A coach facilitates the conversation, ensuring that all family members have an opportunity to express their viewpoints in a structured and respectful manner.



Living with others, even those we love most, can be challenging. Creating a harmonious family dynamic requires time, patience, and effective communication. Our coaching aims to equip families with the tools to resolve conflicts, reach compromises, and transform difficult situations into a more comfortable living environment.
