Monday Friday 10.00am – 8.30pm*
Saturday 9am – 6pm
Sunday 11am – 4pm*
*Closing hours may vary based on appointments. The last sauna session during the week is around 7 PM. First-time, long, or pamper appointments may require pre-payment.

Bus or Walking
We are situated on Stanstead Road along the South Circular, past Shurgard Storage before Kemble Road, Forest Hill end. Or coming from the other end Catford/Honor Oak, after the petrol station and fire station.
Driving
Free parking can be found on side roads such as Sunderland Road; Kemble Road; Stanstead Road (Shurgard part) and Rockbourne Road (side of Railway Telegraph pub). NB. Side access next to centre is for residents/units only.
By Train
We are 5-7 minutes away from Forest Hill train station, take a right outside the front of the station and follow the road around left, past the 1st bend, down then right, around the 2nd bend past Shurgard Storage. We are the blue building on the right.

Victoria to London Bridge such as Streatham Hill; West Norwood; Gipsy Hill; Crystal Palace; Sydenham; FH; Honor Oak Park
Caterham to London Bridge such as East Croydon; Norwood Junction; Anerley; Penge West; Sydenham; FH; Honor Oak Park; Brockley; New Cross Gate
Overground train line:
Such as Crystal Palace. Also Norwood Junction; Anerley; Penge West; Sydenham; FH; Honor Oak Park; Brockley; New Cross Gate; Surrey Quays; Canada Water and stations up to Highbury & Islington
