Yes. Please email us your request so that we can tailor it to suit your needs. We will require a deposit for treatments that are longer than 1 or 2 hours for each person. Email: mail@therapy4life.net
We take debit or credit card (not American express), contactless or cash. We can also take payments over the phone.
There is enough space at the door to come through (though extra larger wheelchairs may not fit). We are on the ground level floor.
Please see our Terms and Conditions page for our cancellation policy.
Just wear comfortable clothing, something you don’t mind putting back on after a relaxing time, so nothing too constricted. Also if you are doing treatments such as Body Stretch, then wear leggings or tracksuit for stretch and manipulation.
If you bruise easily or have sensitive skin, please let the therapist know in advance. They may use deep tissue and/or manipulation which should increase your circulation, so it can show up in your skin, where blood is getting to those areas.
Waxing
Please do not use the sauna or have a hot shower or use a sun bed before or after waxing.
Deep Tissue or NSRT
Clients find it useful to soak in a warm bath after a treatment ideally with some Epsom Salts to ease the work done to the muscles and give the muscles a chance to rest & relax.
Please see Contact page for all opening and closing times.
Sometimes we do not have a resident physiotherapist at our centre. We specialise in sports and remedial massage as well as myofascial release techniques, cranial scaral and deep tissue massage plus more, so yes we deal with sciatica, plus all kinds of others issues and injuries including sports. See our Treatment page for a full list of therapies and how they may be able to help you.
