30 minutes – for specific areas such as back, neck, shoulders, legs, indian head
45 minutes – general maintenance, quite nice to have for specific areas then relaxation time at the end. Most people go for full back.
60 minutes – most people go for a one hour massage as it can help to relax, destress and balance you by doing a full back and front treatment. Sometimes the therapist will concentrate on full back from the head to the feet, so just let your therapist know what your preference is.
90 minutes or 2 hours – for total body detox, pampering, relaxation treat and sleep![/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you do Pamper packages?” open=”false” css_animation=”top-to-bottom”]Yes, see the Offers page for all the pamper deals. No show and the full charge will be incurred for your treatment. We take our therapists time seriously, so we hope you understand. Please call us if you are running late but note that we may not be able to offer you the total time if we have other bookings in place.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What should I wear to a massage treatment?” open=”false”]Just wear comfortable clothing, something you don’t mind putting back on after a relaxing time, so nothing too constricted. Also if you are doing treatments such as Body Stretch or Shiatsu, then wear leggings or tracksuit for stretch and manipulation.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What about after a treatment?” open=”false”]If you bruise easily or have sensitive skin, please let the therapist know in advance.
Please do not use the sauna or have a hot shower or use a sunbed after waxing. The use of aloe vera gel can ease any discomfort as necessary.
Deep Tissue or NSRT
Clients find it useful to soak in a warm bath after a treatment ideally with some epsom salts to ease the work done to the muscles and give the muscles a chance to rest & relax.[/vc_toggle]
