| This year, across the world, the message of PEACE, to end the division of individuals, groups and nations is one that we all wish and hope for. We hope, this season that you are able to celebrate together with your friends, families and loved ones. At MindBody Therapy we only close 3 days a year! Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day…..so there is plenty of opportunity for you to pay us a visit over the Christmas season and get your pampering booked in for yourself and loved ones. Our sauna is also a very popular choice this time of year and can also be shared with friends, so if you are looking for a healthier alternative to a boozy meet up then you can warm and detox yourselves here!Last minute gift shopping can be done right until Christmas Eve! This is an upgrade from the traditional Usui Reiki, and the attunements (that which connects the energy to you) are in the form of a Reiki meditation. You will receive a certificate at the end of the course. REIKI can be used to: self heal, heal others, calm pets, provide a life force energy boost. Increase feelings of love and compassion, provide deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Its a great modality to learn if you are on a personal and spiritual journey. By giving reiki to others we are also receiving it – it’s a positive energy exchange. | MENS WORKSHOPSunday 28th January 2022, 1:30 – 3:30 pm / £5Sometimes talking with a stranger is what we need to share our worries and discuss our thoughts and concerns, it helps us to realise we are not alone and offers a fresh perspective and insights. These sessions led by George will be journeys of discovery for all who attend and their purpose is to create a sacred space to reconnect, contribute and share our experiences so that we can be encouraged to move forward unencumbered by the past or by adversity.During the session there will also be energetic techniques and a meditation.Call 020 3417 6108 to book your place or turn up on the day. |

  Our social enterprise T4H has been working all over London at events in Housing Associations, Residents Groups, Food Banks and Community Centres and many, many other places. Treating those in need to subsidised, and sometimes free treatments. In this picture is one of our longtime T4H clients, Faith, who has cerebral palsy. Thanks to your contributions, we have been able to give clients like her much needed physical therapy. Faith always presents with a smile and a joke and we hope to continue to help her….even though she supports Arsenal! If you wish to donate to T4H and help clients like Faith with treatments, there are ways to contribute here  |
